Adds the May 27 homelab tunnel smoke outcome to the PR #2 review tracker: - Items mcpmux#22, mcpmux#23 (critical) and mcpmux#24 (major) capturing the CF Access JWT validation ship-blockers found and fixed in d18afdc - Test-gap entry for from_team_domain (no integration test against the real CF certs endpoint — root cause for mcpmux#22 and mcpmux#23 shipping) - Checklist updated with the 5 completed fixes + open mcpmux#22 follow-up - Verdict softened to "Approve, with caveat" noting the feature was dead-on-arrival upstream without d18afdc Signed-off-by: crimsonsunset <jsangio1@gmail.com>
